Our Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (Old Fashioned Oats) are created when oat groats are steamed and rolled into flakes. The main difference from quick oats is that Rolled Oats retain their shape when cooked. This type of oat is great for baking!

Our Gluten-Free Quick Flakes are cut into several pieces and then steamed and rolled into thin flakes. This results in a quick cook time of 3 minutes or less. The texture changes, but the nutrition stays the same.

Best Used For: Quick Oatmeal, Porridge, Smoothies, Soft Oatmeal Cookies, Overnight Oats.
